EduPartner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform and courses for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You agree to use EduPartner only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform.

Course access is granted to the purchasing individual only. Sharing login credentials or course materials outside of personal use is strictly prohibited.

Partner program participants must adhere to EduPartner's partner guidelines. Misrepresentation, spam, or unethical promotion methods will result in account suspension.

EduPartner reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time, with or without notice.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

EduPartner reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
